Payments are accepted at our office, via bank account deposit and transfer, and we have a convenient online option. In the event of a late payment, we will automatically enforce late fees on your behalf.

Repairs, Maintenance and Renovations

Tenant Move In

Rules and regulations are thoroughly discussed with the tenants prior to moving in. A walk through of the property is performed that includes taking inventory and documenting the conditions. Security deposit and any pertaining funds are collected from the assigned realtor. Lastly, lease agreement is reviewed together with appointed realtor for accuracy.
